Bobbie Scott, Executive Director

Bobbie Scott has been involved with the Miss Texas, Miss America Scholarship Organizations for 35 years in all phases of the system as a Franchise Holder, Director, Business Manager & Mentor. She was Business Manager for Miss North Texas 2009, Kristen Blair, who went on to be Miss Texas 2009 and Ashley Melnick, Miss Fort Worth 2010, who was Miss Texas 2010. In addition, she has worked with Ivana Hall, Miss Texas 2013 for several years. Bobbie is involved with several community service organizations including DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS ) where she has served as a volunteer for 18 years and has been the volunteer coordinator for 9 of those years.
Bobbie attended Texas Woman's University where she majored in Communications. She is also a member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church. Through her years of service, Bobbie has received several awards for her dedication to the community; The Eagle Volunteer from RISD Award, DIFFA Hero Award and most recently, was inducted into the Miss Texas Hall of Honor.

Dennis McCullough, Talent Coordinator

Dennis McCullough is a native Texan. Born in Victoria Texas, he has lived in several cities around the state including Richardson where he now resides. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University , where he received his Bachelor Degree in Music Education. While attending Tarleton, Dennis received the prestigious award of “Music Major of the Year” in his sophomore year.
Music has led Dennis to perform with, “The Fort Worth Men’s Chorus” and “Resounding Harmony.”
In his church he has served as a deacon and in various ministries within the church which, would naturally, include the church choir. He has been a featured soloist at “The Meyerson Symphony Hall” and has also performed at the prestigious New York City, “Carnegie Hall.”

Bonnie Mathias, Director

In June 1992, with a strong sales background, Bonnie applied to SWBYP’s (Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages) and began her career with the Company and CWA. She became active in the CWA ranks from an appointed position as job steward to her current position as elected Vice President of Local 6215.
Bonnie is active in her community and in Progressive politics. The Grove Award for Outstanding Citizen was presented to her in April 2011 by Pleasant Grove Weed & Seed where she served as the Secretary. For the past 20 years, Bonnie has worked within the community and with the City of Dallas to help bring improvements to the Pleasant Grove Area: opening of the Audubon Center, economic development along Buckner Blvd and the DART Green Line have all come to fruition month. She has served with District 4 Councilman Dwaine Caraway on the Dallas Animal Shelter Advisory Commission.
Bonnie hosted a community radio program for 6 years on KNON 89.3 and is returning to that station working with Gene Lantz on “The Workers’ Beat” heard on Friday mornings from 7-8. Bonnie is a recipient of 2011 “The President’s Volunteer Service Award” from President Obama.

Joseph Henderson, personal development

Joseph Henderson is a native Texan who spent his youth in the Panhandle of Texas. At age seventeen he joined the U.S. Navy and spent four years on a Navy repair ship that repaired smaller vessels during the Viet Nam War. He moved to the Dallas area in 1985 and had a successful business for over 25 years. He graduated from SMU, Cum Laude, and attended Vermont College where he received his Master of Fine Arts in Writing specializing in Poetry.
Author of numerous poems, fiction, creative non-fiction, analytical and personal essays, his previously published poems have appeared in Garcia’s Kitchen, Tex, and Where Dawn Lingers. Current manuscripts under consideration for publication are What I Remember, Being Human: Poems by Joseph Henderson, and Dividing Glass: Essays From the Heart. He currently resides in Richardson where he continues his writing, book and essay editing, teaching in various capacities including fellow veterans in the extended care unit of the Dallas VA Hospital and Memoir writing for the elderly at various retirement facilities.

Lucille Toliver, Executive Director, Teen

Lucille Tolliver is originally from St. Louis, Missouri she moved to Dallas, Texas in 1993. She holds a B.A. from the University of Phoenix. Lucille has worked in the field of accounting for over 30 years. Presently, she is a Staff Accountant II for Balfour Beatty Construction Company. Lucille is a 12 year breast cancer survivor. She loves helping others and serves as an active volunteer at First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park in the food ministry. Lucille has worked with DIFFA Dallas for over 5 years and has been involved in the Miss Texas and Miss America Organization for several years.
kim Allen, Events and promotions

Kim is a native Texan, proudly representing the small east texas town of Athens (we call ourselves Athenians!).
Kim earned her BA in Business Information Systems from Amberton University in Garland, Tx and she has worked in the field of Payroll/Accounting Administration for over 10 years.
On the other side of life, Kim has a passion for working with special events. This passion led to her starting her own event planning company, Events, etc..by Kim. Kim enjoys uses her flair for organization and attention to detail to create events. She looks forward to using that same flair and passion working with the Miss Texas Organization.
Kim is a member of the First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park in Richardson, Tx where she currently works with special events in the Women’s Ministry.Kim is also a volunteer with the City of Plano.In her spare time, Kim enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends

Buffie bogue, Miss Business Manager

Buffie Bogue grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Texas in 1990. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and three Master’s degrees from the University of North Texas (all in Psychology related fields). She has an extensive background in dance and choreography and still follows the art form closely. She worked as a professional freelance photographer for fifteen years and now enjoys it as a hobby. She currently works as a Project Analyst and spends a lot of her free time doing volunteer work. She has had the privilege of working as a volunteer for such organizations as DIFFA Dallas, The Ryan White Planning Council (Allocations Committee), My Guardian Angel (group facilitator & clinical coordinator), The Ethel Daniels Foundation, The Resource Center and The Salvation Army.
